Manish Chandra, Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Manish Chandra is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Poshmark, where he also serves on the company’s board of directors. As CEO, Manish is responsible for guiding the vision, strategy and growth of the company. Under his leadership, Manish has applied over 20 years of experience building and scaling companies to create a social marketplace that combines the human connection of a physical shopping experience with the scale, reach, ease, and selection benefits of ecommerce. Prior to Poshmark, Manish co-founded Kaboodle, an online shopping website where he served as CEO, which was acquired by Hearst Communications in August 2007. Before Kaboodle, Manish held executive positions at Versant, Versata (IPO 2000, acquired by Trilogy), and Sybase (IPO 1991, acquired by SAP). Manish holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from Haas Business School at the University of California, Berkeley, an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin, and a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

Rodrigo Brumana, Chief Financial Officer

Rodrigo Brumana is the Chief Financial Officer of Poshmark, where he leads the company’s global finance function, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, accounting, internal audit, tax and treasury, and investor relations. Rodrigo has more than 20 years of experience leading finance organizations, a deep knowledge of marketplaces and the retail industry and a strong track record of driving growth for global companies. Prior to Poshmark, Rodrigo served as CFO of Amazon Private Brands, managing a team of finance, business intelligence and analytics professionals located across the Americas, Asia, and Europe supporting product development, marketing, category management, discovery, pricing, technology, science, supply chain and sourcing. Prior to Amazon, he served as the CFO of OfferUp, a leading mobile marketplace for online and local transactions, led finance & analytics for eBay Americas, and helped execute a successful initial public offering as vice president of finance at RetailMeNot. Rodrigo holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal de Uberlândia, Brazil.

LyAnn Chhay, SVP of Community

LyAnn Chhay is the Senior Vice President of Community at Poshmark. LyAnn joined Poshmark at its inception in 2011, and her passion for putting people first led her to spearhead the company’s fast-growing community team. Prior to joining Poshmark, LyAnn worked at the online shopping site, Kaboodle, which was acquired by Hearst in 2007. LyAnn holds a B.A. in International Business from San Francisco State University.

Gautam Golwala, Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer

Gautam Golwala is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Poshmark, where he draws on over 15 years of experience scaling data systems and platforms to lead Poshmark’s data and engineering growth strategy. Prior to Poshmark, Gautam led technology and engineering at Kaboodle, an online shopping website where he built information extraction and machine learning systems. Before Kaboodle, Gautam was an early employee at Yodlee, a personal finance software company, where he helped create the industry’s most scalable and robust personal finance data platform built on top of user data. Gautam holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune, India.

William Ingham, Chief People Officer

William Ingham is Chief People Officer of Poshmark, where he leads all aspects of the global human resources function, including talent acquisition and retention, rewards and recognition, performance management, organizational development, compensation and benefits, employee training and culture. With 25 years of HR experience from industry-leading companies including Visa, Gap Inc., Clorox and Oracle, William brings deep expertise in organizational design, engagement and performance, talent acquisition and building leadership teams to drive strong business results. As one of the authors of The Rise of HR, William is a frequent speaker at business and talent conferences and is active in inclusion, equity and diversity efforts, especially those dedicated to gender equality. William attended Western University in London, Ontario, Canada and also received degrees in Communications and Psychology from Evangel University in Springfield, MO.

John McDonald, Chief Operating Officer

John McDonald is the Chief Operating Officer of Poshmark, where he oversees product and marketplace operations. Prior to Poshmark, John served as Vice President of Sales and Support and then as General Manager at Ning, a platform to create a social media network. Earlier in his career, John focused on consumer marketing and product development at Procter & Gamble, Monsanto, the Monitor Company, and Evite. John holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.

Chetan Pungaliya, Co-founder & SVP of Engineering

Chetan Pungaliya is the co-founder and Senior Vice President of Engineering at Poshmark, where he brings more than 15 years experience building and leading engineering teams from the ground up, as well as hands-on platform development. Prior to Poshmark, Chetan was co-founder and Vice President of Engineering at Kaboodle, where he oversaw product delivery, operations and strategy, and also recruited and scaled the engineering and operations teams in the U.S. and India. Prior to Kaboodle, Chetan was the Director of Engineering at OnVantage, Inc. where he managed a distributed engineering team of 50+ employees across the U.S. and China. Chetan holds a B.A. in Engineering from the University of Pune, India.

Barkha Saxena, Chief Data Officer

Barkha Saxena is the Chief Data Officer at Poshmark where she drives overall data strategy, analytics, science, machine learning and data application development. With over 20 years of experience in leading and building large teams to create data science and machine learning data products, her charter at Poshmark is to ensure every aspect of the business is data driven, and benefits from the latest data innovations. Before joining Poshmark, Barkha was VP of Data Science at comScore where she focused on building machine learning-based digital media buying products. She started her data science career at FICO where she was a co-founder of the Strategy Science team, and later held various leadership roles in her 10 year tenure. Barkha is also a leader in the data community; in 2019, she co-founded Elevate Data to bring together data leaders into thought leadership and knowledge sharing discussions to elevate the role of data across all organizations and industries. Barkha holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, an MA in Statistics from the University of California, Santa Barbara, along with a joint BS & MS in Statistics from the Indian Institute of Technology at Kanpur.

Tracy Sun , Co-founder & SVP of Seller Experience

Tracy Sun is the co-founder and SVP of Seller Experience at Poshmark, dedicated to pioneering innovations that empower sellers at all levels to quickly and easily get a closet online and grow and scale over time. Previously, she held the position of SVP of New Markets, and was instrumental in helping to drive Poshmark’s global expansion. Prior to joining Poshmark, Tracy was Vice President of Merchandising at Brooklyn Industries, a New York City-based fashion retailer. Tracy has spent more than 15 years at the intersection of fashion and technology and has been highlighted as a "Top Female Tech Founder" by USA Today and TechCrunch, a "Woman Making Waves in Tech" by Refinery29, a "Retail Game-Changer" by Marie Claire, and is a member of the BoF 500, the definitive professional index of the people shaping the $2.4 trillion fashion industry. In addition, Tracy was recognized by Gold House on its 2021 A100 List, honoring the 100 most esteemed and impactful Asians across fashion & beauty, technology, business, entertainment, music, and sports. Tracy received her BA from Barnard College at Columbia University and her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Steven Tristan Young, Chief Marketing Officer

Steven Tristan Young is the Chief Marketing Officer of Poshmark, where he leads growth, product, and brand marketing. Previously, Steven was the Vice President of Growth at GrubHub, where he managed the company’s customer and market-level growth while helping shape the company's brand and customer messaging platforms. Prior to GrubHub, Steven held leadership positions at DIRECTV, American Express, Endurance International Group, and Puma Sports. At American Express, Steven led the marketing efforts for the company’s flagship Black and Platinum Card portfolios, driving the brand design, customer positioning, and marketing communications strategy. Steven received his undergraduate degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is also an alumnus of Harvard Business School.
